The small model AquaBlox can store up to 67 litres of water. Our AquaBlox units are designed to provide extra water storage for a water feature, reducing the amount of topping up that a reservoir requires.
The Aquascape Australia AquaBlox is less prone to clogging and easier to clean than gravel basins. It also has more than three times the water storage capacity of gravel. An AquaBlox also requires less labour to excavate and move than a gravel basin, and allow for more water volume in the same area.
Less liner and geotextile underlayment is needed for the AquaBlox than for a reservoir made with gravel. The AquaBlox replaces rock and pebble in a Pondless Waterfall/stream basin. Combine it with a high-quality pond filter to create a fantastic, functioning water feature.
The AquaBlox comes as a flat pack and is easy to assemble. Double-sized units are also available if you are looking to increase your water storage area. These double-sized unit can be used as underground tanks for irrigation.
